Temporary Residence Transition Stream – 

This stream allows foreign skilled workers who are currently living and working in Australia and hold the Temporary Work (Skilled) Visa (Subclass 457) with a nominating Australian employer. To be eligible under this Stream, applicants must be living and working in the country for a minimum of two years in any nominated occupation. Moreover, it requires a nominating employer who is willing to provide a permanent job to the applicant. Direct Entry Stream –

Labor Agreement Stream – 

The stream allows foreign skilled workers having Temporary Work Subclass 457 and is nominated by an Australian employer via a labor agreement or regional migration agreement. The screening includes factors like skills, age, and language proficiency and more.

What is the application process for the Australia Employer Nomination Scheme subclass visa 186?
